It took place in Cerreto Sannita, Benevento (ITA) the second edition of the Fiocchi-Sabatti Gran Prix, a competition where all shooters were equipped with Sabatti .308 rifles and Fiocchi ammunitions, made available for free by the company.
Despite the bad weather conditions, 56 shooters from all over Italy took part in the competition: the master of the house, Alberto Panza, finished on top with 99 clay hits and 5 mouches. Behind him, Enrico Coletto placed 2nd by scoring 96 hits and 2 mouches, while Pasquale Scaramuzzino marked the same number of hits but only 1 mouche.
Representing the Fiocchi Team, Giorgio Pagani placed 5th with 95 hits and 2 mouches, followed by another Fiocchi shooter, Giordano Radici, 6th with 94 target hits and 2 mouches.
Radici also climbed on the highest step of the podium in the Production category, hitting 98 clays with 3 mouches and winning the match; alongside him on the second step of the podium placed his teammate Daniele Bonfanti, followed by Giacomo Loggetto.
